Chile Heading to Tokyo Game Show 2026
Chile confirms its participation in Tokyo Game Show 2026, one of the most important video game trade shows in Asia, with a delegation of national studios set to present their projects to publishers, media, and gamers from around the globe. This presence is made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage (MINCAP), which drives the internationalization of Chile's creative industry and opens doors for local talent to compete in demanding markets such as Japan's.
The delegation brings together studios with very different proposals, ranging from narrative-driven games to multiplayer experiences, reflecting the diversity and maturity that Chile's video game development has reached in recent years. With this institutional backing, the Chilean industry takes another step toward establishing itself as a relevant player on the global video game scene.

Nearly 20 Chilean studios showcased the best of Chile during the Commercial Mission at GDC 2025 in San Francisco, USA.
Chile has established itself as a country where exceptional video games are created. Our country’s participation at GDC 2025 represents a crucial opportunity to enhance the presence of national studios in the global industry, fostering new partnerships and promoting Chilean talent.
